Show Veterans Bidden To Sale Of War Surplus Material Typewriters, adding and calculating cal-culating machines, office furniture, furni-ture, tool kits and folding metal cots will feature a special war surplus sale to World War II veterans Monday, November 3, at the "over-the-counter" store at War Assets Administration's Salt Lake Customer Service Center, Cen-ter, 1710 South Redwood Road. A feature of the offering will be a number pf tprqua'lity dental den-tal chairs and cabinets, which will be sqld pnly tP registered dentists who are also veterans of World. War JL Veteran? will bo admitted to the sales area beginning at 8:15 a. m. Monday, with the sale proper pro-per scheduled to start at 9 o'clock. Purchasers will be limited lim-ited to one item in each cate- I gory, with drawing to be held to determine buying precedence on limited-quantity items. Samples of Items to, bp pffered on Mondays sale may be inspected in-spected at the "display area in Building 3 at 1710 South Redwood Red-wood Road throughout the week. The veterans' "over-the-counter" store is open daily from 9 a. m. to 3 p. m. and veterans need only to show evidence of honorable discharge from the armed services ser-vices to establish their eligibility eligibili-ty to purchase on a cash and carry basis. |
