Show USAC Plans Events For Inauguration Of Dr. Harris Detailed plans for the inauguration inaug-uration events of Dr. Franklin ! S. Harris as president of Utah State Agricultural college on November 16, including inaugural inaugur-al exercises, luncheon, and reception re-ception were released Wednesday by Dr. Joel E. Ricks faculty chairman. Beginning with an academic procession from the college li brary to the main building at 9:45 a. m., a series of events will (honor the new president during the day, culminating with a president's reception in the Commons Com-mons building at 7 p. rn. Highlighting the day's activity will be inaugural exercises in the college auditorium at 10 a. m. where Dr. C. B. Hutchison, dean of the school of agriculture, University of California, will be guest speaker. A response by Dr Harris and musical numbers will be features of the exercises. Dr. Hutchison, recognized as one of the nation's leading agricultural agri-cultural authorities, has served as president of the National Association As-sociation of Land Grant Colleges and universities and at one time was associate director of agricultural agri-cultural education for Europe, international education board. He has been chairman of the California state soil conservation commission since 1940 and is recipient of the Belguim agricultural agricul-tural decoration first class. A luncheon for delegates and guests has been scheduled for 1 p. m. 'in the Commons dining hall, Dr. Ricks said. Responses from the 1000 invitations in-vitations sent to prominent educators, edu-cators, churchmen, scientists and friends of President Harris are being received daily. Besides answers received from prominent promin-ent Utahns, responses have been recorded from President LeRoy E.v Cowles, University of Utah; President Howard S.
