Show IVIontwel-Ftlonarcfi Verda C. Reynolds Mr. and Mrs. Von O' Nicl, of Price, visited one day this week with Mrs.-O'Niel's brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Howard How-ard Crapo. James E. Bacon has just returned re-turned from a week's inspection tour of the Uintah and Yellowstone Yellow-stone storage reservoirs. He accompanied ac-companied engineer Louie "Galloway, "Gal-loway, and they spent three days surveying the Lake Atwood enlargement. en-largement. Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Roberts have moved into the Bacon home farmcrly occupied by Mr. and Mrs. Earl Roberts and family. Mr. William Hamblin is very ill. He was taken to the Roosevelt hospital last week for treatment and returned home Sunday. His little granddaughter, Cheri Lee Roberts, of Salt Lake, has arrived to spend a week with her grandparents. Mrs. May Neilson, of St. George, who has spent the past several weeks here with her brothers, Clarence and James Bacon, made a business trip to Vernal one day during the week. She was accompanied by her brother, James. Mr. and Mrs. Edmond Thomp son have established residence at Montwel. They have been living In Ogden for the past several years. Mr. and Mrs. Richard d'Neil, of Randlett, visited with Mr. and Mrs. E. H. Crapo one evening this week. Mr. O'Neil is Mr. Crapo's nephew. Alva Snow, or the Snow Machinery Ma-chinery Co, Roosevelt, conducted conduct-ed business in our community this week. Mrs. James Shaeffermeyer was taken to- the Roosevelt hos-pital hos-pital for treatment this week. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Thompson visited relatives at Bluebell one day this week. Visitors at Sacrament meeting Sunday, September 11, were Stake officers, President Hollis Hullinger, Russel Todd and Dr. R. V. Larson. James E. Hamblin was sustained as the new bishop of the Montwel ward. Mr. and Mrs. R. A. Alexander entertained at a family gathering, gather-ing, Sunday, Sept. 11, in honor of their granddaughter. Johanna Neilson, who celebrated her 13th birthday. |
