Show Fvlyton City News Section Friday Bridge Club Mrs. Wm. Prccce entertained the club at the home of Mrs. Homer Robinson. Those present were the Mesdames: Wm. Koeh-ler, Koeh-ler, Bliss Lott, Lee Cooper, E. W. Kronquist, James Dalgleish, Wm. Harris and Miss Alice Todd. First prize was awarded Mrs. Dalgleish, second, Mrs. Robinson. Robin-son. Mrs. Arlean Hardinger, Mrs. Erma Adams, Miss Thressa Nicl-son Nicl-son and Emery S. Nielson went to Salt Lake City Wednesday to attend the funeral of their sister and daughter, Mrs. Margaret Neilson. Mrs. Emery S. Nielson will remain for a time in Salt Lake where her son is being operated op-erated on. i Mr. and Mrs. Orson Ungricht of Price were visiting parents and friends over the week end. They returned home Sunday. Dick Bingham made a trip to Layton to visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ashel Bingham. Mrs. Jack Gingcll went to Salt Lake to visit her daughter, Miss Lors Davis, who is employed there. Cadet Dan Dennis came home Monday on a furlough to visit with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Dennis. He returned to his post in Texas Friday. Miss Freida Fahrenbruch arrived ar-rived Saturday night for a short visit with Audrey Fahrenbruch before returning to her home in McCook, Nebraska. Beatrice Dennis made a trip to Provo Wednesday to be with her sister, Mrs. Erma Peterson for a short lime. Mrs. Rozella Woods and son of Ogden, arrived Thursday night for a short visit with Mrs. Jay Woods. i Mr. and Mrs. Buddy Cox and children are visiting with Mrs. Cox's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Marion Mott. Mr. and Mrs. Bob Snyder visited vis-ited Mrs. Snyder's parents the week end. Miss Jacquetta Tanner and Miss Nina Behunin were visiting their folks and friends over the week end, returning to Salt Lake Sunday where they have employment. em-ployment. Loyal Perry made a business trip to Salt Lake Sunday. Mr, and Mrs. Charles Quin-tana Quin-tana visited Mr. Quintana's parents par-ents over the week end. M. C. Adams attended to Emery Em-ery Nielso'n's chores while he ti Sgt. Ray Fahrenbruch, husband hus-band of Audrey Woods Fahrenbruch, Fahren-bruch, who is stationed with the Army Air Forces in England, reports he is feeling fine. Mrs, Alma Larsen and two children, formerly of Provo, will make their home here for the duration. L. P. Anderle returned home Wednesday from Salt Lake City where he has been on business. Mr. and Airs. James Dalgleish left Wednesday for Salt Lake where they will be guests of the Sugar House Post of the American Ameri-can Legion at the Legion Birthday Birth-day dinner. C. A. Snyder of Dove Creek, Colorado, is here visiting friends and sons. Mrs. E. E. Eggleston of Salt Lake is here visiting. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Zorko and two children of Ely, Nevada, are here visiting parents and Mrs. Zorko's sister who is seriously ill in the Vernal hosDital. |
