We do hereby earnestly recommend rec-ommend to the business interests of this area that there be accepted accept-ed and immediately adopted a Wednesday half-holiday each week, set aside throughout this area on which a well conducted scries of baseball and other recreational rec-reational events may be scheduled sched-uled and held in preference to holding such events on Sundays. This will enable many who desire de-sire to attend religious duties to engage in sports who otherwise other-wise would be denied this privilege. privi-lege. Emery County Progress SCOUTS ON WAY Two Price Scouts have packed their "duffle bags" and are on thHr wny to Europe as representatives represen-tatives from the National Parks Council Boy Scouts of America, to the international jamboree to be held in Movion, France. They are Jimmy Lee, son of ' Mayor and Mrs. J. Bracken Lee, land Robert Brynor, son of Mr. 'and Mrs. Robert Bryner. An active ac-tive scout for the past five years. Jimmy Lee is 17 years of age and a member of Explorers post 2281. Robert Bryner, 16, is a junior assistant scoutmaster of Price troop 284. He has been active in scouting for over four years and has gained many awards for his outstanding work. Both boys are eagle scouts. "Every few years a local doctor is called to see a child who has been ill for five or six days and finds a throat condition which could be diptheritic.
