Show Gusher Frances Semken Mr. and Mrs. Myron Brough are the parents of a baby boy born Feb. 7 at the Roosevelt hospital. hos-pital. Mrs. Annie Marcos visited m Lapoint, Tuesday, with her daughter, Mrs. Merle Jenkins, and family. The Moffat Ward Primary held its Valentine party at Ft. Duchesne on Feb. 10. Mr. and Mrs. Lowell Duval 1 and twin sons, of Pleasant Grove, visited over the weekend with Lowell's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alex Duvall. Mrs. George Arnold and daughter, Bell, are both ill this week with flu. Miss Joyce Farnsworth. daughter daugh-ter . of Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Farnsworth, of Gusher, and Lloyd Smuin, of Vernal, were married, Jan. 29, in Vernal. They are making their home in Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Davis, of Soldier Canyon, spent Monday with Mr. Davis mother, Mrs. Annie Marcos. Rev. Charles Ray and Mrs. Jessie Dean, of Roosevelt, called on Mr. and Mrs. Albert Semken. Sem-ken. Tuesday. Announcements were received here last week telling of the marriage of Robert Galley and Miss Betty Lou Ames, of Seattle, Wash. They were wed February 12 in the University Gospel Tabernacle. Tab-ernacle. Mr. Galley was pastor of the Gusher Union church last year. Mrs. Naomi Jacobs is assisting in the Joe Arnold home during Mrs. Arnold's illness. Ronald Phillips used his bulldozer bull-dozer to clear snow from a field near the Gusher store so that pheasants might be fed. Fred Schwobe, Alex Duvall and Mr. and Mrs. Albert Semken Sem-ken were in Roosevelt Tuesday on business. Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Duvall, of Roosevelt, called on their parents par-ents Saturday. |
