Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder, bid-der, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, at the front steps of the Davis County Courthouse in Farmington, Farm-ington, Davis County. Utah on September 23, 1985 at 10:00 a.m. of said day for the purpose pur-pose of foreclosing a Deed of Trust executed ex-ecuted by Perry D. Bradford and Suzanne Bradford, husband and wife, the obligations of said Deed of Trust being assumed by David R. and Leslie A. Burgin in a Consent to Sale and Assumption Agreement recorded December 13. 1982, as Trustors, in favor of American Savings & Loan Association, as Trustee and Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, covering real properly located at 453 North 400 East, No. 7-B, 7-B, Bountiful.
