OCR Text	Show Merit system is sought for county workers Duchesne County is taking steps toward making application for the county employees to be covered under the Utah State Merit A resolution lias been passed by the county commission to this designating the Duchesne County Health Department to be a member of the agreement for the allocation of Merit System and Civil Service The resolution indicates the county will enter into an agreement with the Merit for payment of a portion of the expense of the system and adopt the regulation for governing
