Show Fiddle Festival Set June 17-19 It's time for the 7th annual Golden Spike National Fiddle and Bluegrass Festival. Festivities Festi-vities will be held June 17-18-19 in Ogden, Ut. All events will be held at Weber State College, Col-lege, 3750 Harrison Blvd. Fiddle Fid-dle contest preliminaries, Bluegrass Festival, workshops work-shops and evening shows, including in-cluding contest finals, will take place in the Fine Arts Center. TO AVOID delays a special registration will be held June 16 from 5-7 p.m. in the south foyer of the Fine Arts Center for those who have not pre-registered pre-registered by mail. Final registration reg-istration will begin June 1 7 at 7 a.m. on the balcony of the Fine Arts Center and will continue for each division until trvouts for that devision begin. The registration desk will serve as information desk and will be open at 8 a.m. each morning except. June 19. The festival will begin each day at 3 p.m. and again at 7 p.m. The McLain family, prominent promin-ent Bluegrass band, and others will be featured in programs and workshops. Jam sessions will be held at Marie Calendars, Calen-dars, J.B.'s Big Boy and at other locations. HOUSING accommodations accommoda-tions include excellent motel facilities in Ogden, plus modern mod-ern dormatories at the college. Camping facilities are also available in the surrounding area.
