lands given to tho the union pacina washington dec 27 the secretary of the interior today reversed the land office decision in which are rejected sections of lands for station pur purposed posen nt lit cheyenne laramie evanston medicine dow bow and green river wyo by the union pacific railroad Kail road company the secre in the opinion says that under the way grant the company is entitled to lands as are necessary for station purposes providing no adverse rights intervene at the date of selection patent shall issue on such lands on receipt of proof that they are only to bo be used for the purpose named and it is ordered that patent issue to tho the company for lauds lands selected at the points named
