| Show JOINT LIONS CLUBS PUN TO DISTRICT GOVERNOR richfield monroe momoe salina and gunnison to meet here november 18 honoring the first visit of the new district governor charles W sandles of idaho falls the llo lions clubs of richfield monroe salma salina and gunnison will ill join together for a big banquet program and dance to be held at the johnston hotel in richa richfield beld next friday evening november 18 at 8 word has been received that mr sandles will be here on that date and extensive preparations are being made to entertain him in a fitting manner the committee in charge of arrangements from the local club are V M fairbanks W 0 cluff and joseph L abbu asbury ry this is to be another one of those ladlee ladies nights which have proved so successful in the past mr sandles has expressed himself in favor of these mixed meetings which he regards as a successful stimulus to club growth and activity A program of m music tap dancing and speaking has been prepared following which there will be an informal dance with music by the St rollers orchestra the monroe lions club originally sponsored this affair but richfield was chosen as the place of meeting because of its central location A delegation of richfield lions will attend the weekly luncheon meeting of the salina club to formally extend this organization an invitation i 1 to join the festivities secretary W 0 cluff has written to gunnison to attend in a body |
