city election vote canvassed the city council of the city of richfield assembled tuesday noon for the purpose of canvassing the vote cast in the election tuesday of last week only slight errors bere were rere found which did not materially change the final results as published in the reaper of november 7 the regular council meeting was held thursday and several routine matters were taken care of mayor F G Al martines artines called the councils attention to the fact that the time has arrived to work out the tentative city budget for 1930 and the council decided to make the budget the order of business in the next council meeting to be held tonight
