delegates time to name their respective members on the three committees decided upon on credentials on platform and resolutions and on permanent organization and order of business these three then with the report of the committee on organization and order of business the temporary organization was made permanent with J L sevy jr as vice tice chairman G W coots as assistant secretary and president J E magleby of at south sevier stake as chaplain after prayer by the chaplain the recommendations made by the committee were unanimously adopted as follows report of committee attee on credentials report of oom com on and resolutions olas that all voting be by secret ballot that a majority of all votes cast be necessary necessary for electon election and that the chair appoint sis
