| Show SUGAR COMPANY AND SCHOOLS vocational training 11 free to company employees under the extension division of the university of utah there has been night schools in all factory districts of the utah idaho sugar company in which will be offered free of 0 charge to company employees vo TO rational cat ional training in a course of three subjects viz sugar technology shop mechanics and practical english the schools which are now being hold held twice a week weck at the various high schools of tho the utah sugar factory districts are arc partially maintained by the utah idaho sugar company for the benefit of its employees the two subjects aalop mechanics and practical english ara are taught by the district high school teachers while the sugar technology course is conducted by a specially qualified instructor furnished by the utah idaho sugar company one oae evening a week being given to the latter subject the other evening to the two former the instructor to handle tho the sugar technology classes in elsinore is C R wing intermittently not oftener than once a fortnight a vocational expert is to deliver a lecture on citizenship to the cl classes ases on which occasion the doors will bo be thrown open to the public dates for the lectures will be announced later |
