DUANE 1 SERIOUSLY INJURED duane ids adatan ais tf of te b anderson andersen A auto ftp co comp apan kny y j met with a painful accident this morning which I 1 may keep him aln confined to histed for bome time he was endeavoring tp to extricate a stalled track truck at the rear of the johnston hotel and was using a fordson tractor in the operation in come way the line attached to the truck was fastened too high on the tractor with the result that the tractor was upended up ended and fell over with duane caught underneath nea th he extricated himself and struggled to his feet but later it developed that one rib was broken at the point of juncture with the backbone and his left thigh was badly bruised
