constitutional amendments aam all citizens interested in taxation and prohibition should read carefully tho the proposed amendments to the state constitution which will vill he be voted upon at the state election in november the amend amendments amendment men ts appear in this issue it Is not the purpose 0 oa the sun to advise or dictate how you should vote but we do insist that these amendments should be carefully studied before the heat of politics opens up ap and warps mens judgment in ii a political campaign speakers are more or less prejudiced in presenting the campaign issues and amendments are frequently lost sight of in the partisan battle for office read tho the amendments NOW when you can consider them from an unbiased standpoint during last election when amendments were voted upon there was much misinformation formation handed out on the one hand and there was a general lack of understanding so that more than half the ballots gave no vote for or against the amendments the sun advises each citizen to consider these proposed amendments carefully and bo be prepared to vote on them in november
