Show r 1 FAIRVIEW I By Special Correspondence The South ward Relief Society will hold a social in connection with their regular meeting on Tuesday, May 31. They will meet in their new home in the South ward chapel. An excellent program pro-gram will be given followed by a social hour. Refreshments will be served. All ladies are invited to attend. On June 14th Flag day will be celebrated in Fairview. The program pro-gram is sponsored by the American Ameri-can Legion. The whole community will assist as-sist with this Bicentennial Washington Wash-ington day celebration. Each organization, or-ganization, both church and civic, will take part. A grand parade, a patriotic meeting, games, sports, a big ball game and a dancing party in the evening have been planned. Everyone is expected to cmoe out and make the day a i success. j Mr. and Mrs. Frank Larsen and i family of Columbia spent the I week with relatives here. |
