Owens, general cnairman 'of the tenth annual farmers eu-; eu-; campment and his committees, are ' making preparations to accomodate i mere than 3,000 farm folks on the i campus of the TJ tah State College !july 14 to 17. I The encampment program be-! be-! gins at 6 p. m. July 14 and closes i at noon, July 17. A tent city will be erected on the east and south of the quadrangle quad-rangle and conveniences wiU De added to make it possible for the visitors to live on the campus for the three days. Farmstead buildings will be the central theme of this years program. pro-gram. Plans oi nomes, sneds, bams, hog and poultry nouses will be displayed and discussed during the sessions. Mrs. Rena B. Maycock has also arranged for the exhibition, of many types of homes with discussions discus-sions pertaining to their arrangements. arrange-ments. The Extension Service is cooperating cooper-ating with the Utah lumber dealers' deal-ers' association in making plans, photographs, displays and drafts available for use during the short course. Among the special lecturers listed list-ed to appear on the program is Dr. F. B. Morrison, head of the animal industry envision of C.orneU unvers-ity. unvers-ity. Dr. Morrison,, one of the most eminent men in his field, will discuss vitamins, minerals and proteins pro-teins as they apply to the feeding of livestock. Mr. Owens announces that aii ample supply of recreational features fea-tures will be furnished during the .encampment. Dances, dramas, mus-ic, mus-ic, popular lectures, movies and contests will add spice to the program. pro-gram.
