Show Big Trap Shoot at Mt. Pleasant Final arrangements for the big Riot and Trap Shoot to be held here Saturday and Sunday, May 3rd and 4th, have been completed. State fish and game commissioner Arthur Mecham will arrive Friday evening and will start the day, Saturday, with a visit to Spring Creek, between this city and Fair-view, Fair-view, where a survey will be made of the proposed site for a fish hatchery and rearing ponds. Trap shooting will begin at the City park at 11 p. m. The sportsmen will join with the M. I. A. Saturday evening, in their Stake Day program and dance. Sunday at 10 a. m. at the City Park the trap and skeet shooting orogram will be continued and it promises to be the biggest event of its kind, ever held in Southern Utah. Two regulation traps have been installed in addition to the Skeet traps, in order that all events will be shot off with promptness. The purpose of this event is that of stimulating general interest in good, clean sport and an invitation is extended to any and all who care to take part regardless of their location. lo-cation.
