Show MORONI i By Special Correspondence "The Devine Lady" starring Cor-inne Cor-inne Griffith will be shown Sunday and Monday December 29 and 30 at the Kozy Theatre. Miss Luella Christensen has recently re-cently returned from an extended visit to Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Stucki, Miss Alice Brunner, Miss Mateldia Abis-cher, Abis-cher, Miss Eva May Barrett, Miss Reva Lundberg and Miss Billit Bean have gone to their homes to spend the Christmas holidays. Funeral services for Keith, the nine year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Soren C. Nielsen were held Wed nesday afternoon in the west ward chapel. Urvin Gee, Orlando Bradley Brad-ley and Bishop Ephraim Nelson of Moroni and Robert Winn of Nephi were the speakers. Prayers wen offered by James Larsen ana Hebei Christensen. The choir sang, "Abide With Me'' and "Tho Deepening Trials;" solo, "Mighty Like a Rose," Gwendolyn Blackham; fourth grade boys chorus, chor-us, "Little Pal;" duet, "Jesus Is Calling," Mrs. Franscell Hansen of Fountain Green and Mrs. Lawrence Larsen. The Fountain Green ward cho'r gave a musical program Sunday evening in the East ward chapel. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Olsen of Ephraim were Sunday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Harry J. Peterson. Mr. Ottis Bradley is visiting in McGill, Nevada during the Christmas Christ-mas holidays with his daughter, Mrs. Milton Blackham. |
