Show House-Warming1 Given At Lodge in Mountains A house-warming was held Tuesday Tues-day afternoon in Wasatch academy's aca-demy's recently completed log lodge in the mountainis east of Mt. Pleasant. The entertainment was under the direction of the teachers teach-ers in Lincoln HaU and over 0 guests, consisting of the families of faculty members, were present. The lodge was begun in August of this year and is a commodious and beautiful structure. It is situated sit-uated just above the lower power plant unit in Pleasant Creek canyon can-yon about four miles from the school campus. Built around, a huge fireplace the interior presents pre-sents a most attractive appearance. appear-ance. Over night parties of twenty five to thirty people can be accommodated ac-commodated in the main room and two sleeping apartments. Electric power is supplied from the city plant and the plans call for tapping the city water supply. The exterior is trimmed in the school colors of orange and black. A landscaping program will be carried out this fall and early next spring and the school eventually hopes to add other units. Funds for the erection were obtained ob-tained from teachers, students, alumni and friends of the academy. aca-demy.
