Show Appetizing Dishes Made To Tempt the Farmers Appetizing dishes made from daily products will form a special exhibit at the Farmers' Encampment at the Utah State Agricultural College, July 15, 16, 17, 18, according to Mrs. Rena B. Maycock, state home demonstration demonstra-tion leader. The Dairy department of the College Col-lege will prepare an exhibit of dairy products including butter, cheese, milk and ice cream in one part of the exhibition room and the prepared dishes from these products will be Dlaced each day in another section of I the hall. Business firms of the state have advised ad-vised Mrs. Maycock that they will co- operate in making these exhibits attractive at-tractive by installing electrical appliances, ap-pliances, such as electric refrigerators refrigera-tors and cookers for the use of the demonstrators. In addition to the exhibits, playlets 1 and pageants demonstrating the importance im-portance of proper foods will be given by project members from Tooele, Davis and Cache counties under the direc- : tion of the respective home agents ' from those counties. |
