Show Poultry Industry There is a growing interest in poultry throughout the, entire state of Utah, declares Jessie W. Hoopes president of the Utah Poultry Producers Pro-ducers Co-operative Marketing Association, As-sociation, which handles eggs, poultry poul-try and turkeys from about 2000 producers pro-ducers in all parts of the state. A survey of the industry in recent months shows that the greatest forward for-ward strides have been made iin the Utah county territory. This region centers around the American Fork and Provo plants of the Co-operative which is also supplied with eggs from Lehi and Pleasant Grove districts. "It is not strange that greatest progress should be regis! ored here," says Mr. Hoopes. "The commercial poultry imkistry in Utah had Us birth in the American Fork region and the people flu the industry there realize what it. can be developed to mean to their agricultural industry."
