Show KA IK VIEW The dereetors or ihe Pairview State Dunk met this week to fill .the vacancy caused by the death of Peter Sundwall, Sr. The following otficers were elected, Ole Lasson was selected for president; A. R. Anderson, Ander-son, vice-president; James Anderson, Ander-son, John C. Cutler of Salt Lake City, and Peter Sundwall, Jr. as directors; Peter Sundwall as bank .cashier and Miss Eulalia Tucker. assistant as-sistant -cashier. 'Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Anderson leave this week for Provo where they will make their home the coming winter iMr. and Mrs. Ernest Mower and family of Ogden vere guests at the home or Henry 'Mower this week. ' A surprise birthday party was given giv-en at the home of Walter Cox Sunday, Sun-day, September 6th. in honor of hi-s 7 3rd. anniversary. A short pro gram was given and a social afternoon after-noon spent. A cafetaria luncheon was served to. sixty of his friends and relatives. The Sunday school clas3 of Mrs. Hugh Anderson igave her a surprise shower Sunday evening at her home. Games, music and luncheon were enjoyed by twenty five guests. One hundred sixty parents in the South ward attended Sunday Schoo. and 453 out of a population of 562 were present on the Rally Day. In the North Ward 429 out of a popula tiori of 622 attended. At Oakville 84 out of a population of 9 5 attended. attend-ed. In Milburn. 119 attended Sunday Sun-day School out of a population of 119. Births are. reported this week at the following homes: A baby girl to Mr. and Mrs. Lorenzo Larsen; a baby boy .at- 'the' home of Mr, and Mrs. Marion Tucker. Mrs. Nancy Williams -of Arizona visited Fairview reTatives the past . week. She also visited the Manti Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Clement nd two daughters of Richfield spent the last week end at Fairview. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Watson and family of American Fork spent Saturday Sat-urday and Sunday at Fa'rview. They started for Mesa, Arizona on Monday Mon-day where they expect to make their home for the coming winter. Mr: and Mrs. Archie Pullham, Mr. Charles A. Terry, Mrs. Maggie Men-denhall Men-denhall and daughter of Payson spent the fore part of the week at Fairview. Mr. and Mr3. B. F. Larsen anf' family of Provo spent, a few day 4 with Fairview relatives this week. : Joseph Day of Bountiful and hl. son. Jack are guests at the home o Mr. and Mrs. E. A.
