Show "Patriots Day was observed yesterday yester-day at Wasatch Academy with a special program by the Phlloexlon Society in charge of Grant Rasmussen president. Included in the exercises were an essay on "The Battle of Lexington, Lex-ington, piano and vocal selections, a chalk talk by Prof. J.C. Wilson, and two short sketches from Tom Sawyer. "Patroits Day" marks the anniversary of the Battle of Lexington, Lexing-ton, the anniversary of the first blood shed of the Civil War, and the anniversary an-niversary of the declaration of the War with Spain. Mr. and Mrs. Faireld: Larsen entertained enter-tained eight guests at dinner Sunday Sun-day evening. The Wasatch Girl's Glee Club entertained en-tertained last evening in the gym in honor of Miss Mattie Brown, one of the glee club members, who is leaving leav-ing next week to make her home hi Kansas. Games and contests were enjoyed affer which luncheon was served for forty guests. Helen Winters and Myrle Aldrich entertained Sunday evenirg at the Winters home in honor of J. Don Hicks of Sheridan Wyoming, Fred christensen and Bert Mc Clellar. of Salt Lake.
