Show Mrs. Hannah Anderson Receives Last Summons Mrs. Hannah J. Anderson, widow of Ciaus Anderson, and- a pioneer resident of this city, was found dead at her home in this city Wednesday evening when her son, W. C. Anderson Ander-son came to call on her. Mrs. Anderson An-derson had been in her usual health and indications showed that she had lain down on a couch during the afternoon and had passed away while sleeping, evidently from heart failure. fail-ure. Mrs. Anderson was born January 26, 1841, at Kayrnheddin(g, Malmo Lane, Sweden. Her husband and eldest child died in Sweden and on November 14, 1871, Mrs. Anderson jcame to Utah. She was married to i.Claus Anderson in Mt. Pleasant, June 25, 1873, and they were the ; parents of foulr children, only one of whom survives, W. C. Anderson of 1 this city. She is also .survived by : an adoipted daughter, Mrs. M. H. ' Lundherg of Mackay, Idaho. Shc-is Shc-is also survived by her twin sister. '. Mrs. Anna F.redericksen of this city and another sister, Mrs. Charles Ben-pon Ben-pon of Los Angeles, California, and 'by seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Mr. Anderson, who was an Indian War Veteran, died two and one-half years ago. " Both hau endured many hardships incident to early pioneer life. |
