Show MUCH N Longsdorf Wins Over Sorensen S. D. Longsdorf, Wednesday, defeated de-feated C. V. Soiensen, incumbent, for school trustee for Mt. Pleasant in the most closely contested school election ever held in this city. More than seven hundre.l votes were cast, ami Mr. Longsdorf won over his opponent by only ten votes. Thomas Bruby and Henry P. Ol-ien, Ol-ien, w ho had annoiiiici-d their can-tiidacy can-tiidacy for the position, withdrew just a few days before election, leav-ii leav-ii i; only Mr. Sorensen and Mr. Longs-dvirf Longs-dvirf in the field. At Moroni, harrol Uasmus;en was elected school board member by a majority of twenty-three votes over his opponent. Soren C. Neilsen, incumbent. in-cumbent.
