Show NEIGHBORHOOD NEWS The ladies of the Twentieth Century Cent-ury club yesterday presented six trees, of which two were Austrian pines, two Engelman spruce and two native redwood cedars, to the board of education and the trees were plant ed with fiuiiig ceremonies on the North Sanpete High School ground. Mrs. C.W. Soreiucn president on behalf be-half of the Club presented the trees and responses of acceptance were made by C.W. Sorensen, board mem-ier, mem-ier, Principal Louis A. Petersen and Superintendent, J.W. Andersen. Following these exercises, Mrs. C. W. Sorensen entertained the members mem-bers of the Twentieth Century Club, the Home Culture Club and several special guests at a special meeting at which Dr. Heber J. Sears of the University Uni-versity of Utah gave an interesting talk on "Problems of married Life," lodowed by a round table discussion. A musical program was presented by .liss Afion Argyle and selections from the opera "Miss Cherry Blossoms" Blos-soms" were sung by Miss Christie Clark, Bert Connell and the N.S.H. Male chorus. Dr. Sears gave a brief toast to the club women after which the hostess served luncheon for fif;y guests. Yesterday marked a distinct ar-vance ar-vance in the Masonic life of Mt. Burquist, master of third veil; Fre.l Rasmussen, sentinel; The petitions of eighteen master masons were received and referred to committees for investigations. The date of the next regular meeting night was set for May 2 6 when It is hoped to confer the Royal Arch d? grees upon them. Capitular Masonry has had a slow but sure growth in Utah, Mt. Pleasant Pleas-ant chapter Is the only chapter of Koyal Arch Masons in central or Southern Utah an'd as such is sure to have a steady but rapid growth. Student body election will be held at North Sanpete H:'igh School next Tuesday. The election promises to be exciting and hotly contested.
