I'OOTIS . LL BATTLE TO V FINISH l'ayson and Wasatch Academy staged a real football battle on the Academy field Friday afternoon. The end found the two teams in a deadlock. dead-lock. The final scare .being 12-12. Both teams played good ball considering con-sidering the eanliness of the season and their lack of practice. Payson sained most of their ground via Una plun..,in,g and end runs. The Academy Acad-emy .soon found -that their line was unable to make the necessary holes and resorted to forward passes, esp--cially in the list half.
