Flanagan, hoses In charge of the Spangler Mine when 77 miners lost their lives In an explosion last November, will be placed on trial here next Wednesday, on charges of involuntary manslaughter. True bills, returned by a grand Jury here Friday charge that Young and Flanagan were careless, and negligent supervising the mine.
