Show Mr. and Mrs. J. Wellington Seely visited Mt. Pleasant relatives Thursday, Thurs-day, enroute for a months visit in California. Mr3. J. Faireld Larsen entertained at a luncheon Thursday evening for the Junior Literary Club. Covers were laid for six guests. During the evening Miss Oleah Wall read a story "Plenty of Cats to Comb" by Winona Godfrey. Mr. and Mrs. W. V. Thompson left, yesterday to make their home in Salt Lake. Mr. Thompson has been manager of the local Skaggs-Safeway Store for the past eight months and has been transferred to one of the Salt Lake stores. A patriotic program was presented at Wasatch Academy yesterday bj members of the Arden Literary Society. The program included patriotic pa-triotic songs, a piano solo by Marie Allen, a vocal duet by Janet MacLeod and Fred Deseh ven, a piano solo hv Marguerite Blain, selections by tlr; j Stevens Trio, resume of the life of Abraham Lincoln, by Edward Mc-radden, Mc-radden, resume of the life of George Washington, Yean Petty, comparison of the achievements of Lincoln and Wa-'hinglon, Santa Elardo, critics report, re-port, C. L. Paulson. Mrs. Lewis Ericksen of Frovo is a ?uest of Mt. Pleasant relatives. Battling Nelson of Nephi and Kid Beck of Mt.
