Show William Millar a prominent sheep grower of this city received a cablegram cable-gram Thursday of the death of his father, in Darvel Scotland. Mr. Millar visited his parents in Scotland about- three years ago. The N. S. Junior High will present a vaudville, November 30. It will consist of a two a-et comedy "The Laughing Cure;" and a Neygro Minstrel, Min-strel, "The order of the Boiled Owl." Dr. O. Sundwall of Murray, Utah and Dr. Walter N. Pergh, Surgeon in chief of the Utah Copper Company, were Mt. Pleasant visitors during the week end. The B. P- W. Club members, en tertained at a Banquet, Wednesday evening in honor of the new members who weire initiated into the club even riT- The Banquet was held at the home of Mrs. Marjorie Brom and .Miss Ada Sorensen. The tables and rooms were elaborately decorated In Club colors, Miss Madge Muchmore acted as toast mistress. Superintendent Superinten-dent A. E. Jones gave a splendid talk on Thanksgiving.
