Show Marines Will Likely Remain Washington Mexlcnn-Nicaraguan relations will' continue to furnish the subject of debate this week in both the house and senate, but. with scant prospect pros-pect of action on a-ny of the proposals advanced for withdrawal of American marines from Nicaragua. Resolutions dealing with the administration's policy pol-icy will be taken up Wednesday an the foreign relations committee, which also will consider at that time whether it will make pulic the "corrected" copy of Secretary Kellogg's statement last Wednesday in executive session. Senator Sen-ator Borah, Republican, Idaho, chief critic of the administration's method of dealing with Central American countries, is opposed to having his committee sponsor the secretary's revised re-vised statement and has suggested that Mr. Kellogg appear at an open session of the committee for questioning. |
