Show EREEDOM Ella Taylor has returned from Ne-' phi, where she has spent a lew V G 6 k S Mrs. Harold Despain has returned from Salt Lake where she underwent under-went an operation for appendicitis at. the L. D. S. hospital. She is recovering recover-ing nicely. Born to the wife of Mrs. Ray Livingstone, Liv-ingstone, a boy. Mother and babe are doing fine. Mrs. Willis Draper has been very sick from a gathering in the head. She has been taken to Moroni, where Dr. Linebaugh can give her medical attention. Edward Lowry has returned from ISalt Lake where he has been treated for his eyes. Mrs. Braithwait of Manti has' been staying with her daughter, Mrs. E. Lowry, while Mr. Lowry was at Salt Lake. She returned return-ed home very sick. The Y. L. M. I. A. is fully organized with J. P. Jensen, president for the young men, Mrs. Elnore Taylor, president pres-ident for the young ladies. A splendid splen-did meeting was held. Mrs. Jean and Ann Taylor beautifully sang "Utah the Queen of the West." with select heading from Earl Livingston: Reflation Ref-lation by Marguerite Bywater. A triple birthday party was celebrated cele-brated at the home of V. II. Taylor in honor of Mrs. K. H. Taylor. Vac-co Vac-co D. Taylor and Mrs. Lisle Despain. Covers were laid for sixteen. More than 4000 bushels of apples hnve been stored away in apple pits and it is estimated that 4000 bushels froze on the trees for the want of help. . , Several stacks of grain are standing stand-ing unthreshed for want of a thresher. |
