Show TESTIMONY COMPLETED IN BIG WATER CASE All the testimony in the Clear Creek water controversy which has been occupying the attention of Judge George Christensen, sitting in place of Judge J. D. Call, in the Dis-' trict Court in this city for the pastj two weeks or more, has been taken j and the two sides are now ready for argument. Because of the long' grind and also because of other matters mat-ters at home needing his attention, Judge Christensen will return to his home in Mount Pleasant this afternoon after-noon and return to Brigham City on September 29, to hear the argument. The testimony in the Henderson -Brown case was also completed and argument will be presented when the Judge returns the latter part of next month. The case of the Town of Honeyville vs. E. C. Wheatley, a matter of some water rights, and that of I. M. Saunders Saun-ders vs. R. W. Fryer, involving a ' right of way on the canal, will be disposed dis-posed of also by Judge Christensen upon his return. Brigham City News. ' |
