Show NOTICE OF DEFAULT NOTICE is hereby given of the default of that certain Trust Deed, together with the indebtedness inde-btedness thereby, which Trust Deed is: (a) Dated June 15, 1983; (b) Was granted by New Ventures, Inc., as Trustor; (c) To Valley Bank & Trust Company as Trustee and Beneficiary; (d) Recorded on June 15, 1983 at Page 570, in Book 946, as Entry No. 643140, i records of the Davis Coun- ty Recorder, State of Utah, and which Trust Deed embraces the following described de-scribed real property: Lot 9, RIDGEVIEW PARK SUBDIVISION, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the Davis County Recorder. Property Address: 1309 East North Hillsboro, Layton, Utah NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant pur-suant to the provisions of Chapter 57-1-23, Utah Code Annotated, as amended, the Trustee does hereby give notice that a breach of the obligation obli-gation for which the trust property prop-erty was given as security has occurred and the Trustee does hereby elect to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy the obligations secured by the Trust Deed, including appropriate approp-riate fees, charges and expenses ex-penses incurred by the Trustee, Trus-tee, advances, if any, under the terms of the Trust Deed, interest thereon, and the unpaid un-paid principal and accrued interest in-terest on the promissory note secured by the Deed of Trust. The Trustor has abandoned the property and the property is in danger of being dissipated and waste may be committed and the improvements thereon destroyed to the detriment of the Beneficiary. The nature of the breach by Trustor is the failure of the Trustor to pay the promissory note secured by the Trust Deed. The promissory note is due and payable: (a) In full on December 15, 1983; (b) In the principal amount of $63,100.00; (c) Together with interest at the rate of 13-12 per annum until paid in full, and in addition, there shall be added thereto the costs, fees and expenses of this foreclosure, including reasonable attorneys fees and advances by the Trustee.
