Show FAIRVIEW Bishop and Mrs. H. P. Hansen left Sunday foj Salt Lake City, where they go to make their home. ! Edlgar Christensen visited relatives: . here the past week. He had as his guest Miss Nellie Moncur of Riupert, Idaho. Mrs. Francello Stewart entertained en-tertained at a home dinner in their honor November 12th. Edgar Christensen, son of Mr. and : Mrs. N. P. Idaho, but was formerly a resident at Fairview. i Mrs. Albert Christensen, who spent : the past two weeks at Fairview returned re-turned to Salt Lake this week. I Mrs. Joseph Williams, who spent the past three weeks visiting with Mrs. Andrew Lassen, reeturned to her home in Salt Lake City. Mrs. Mary C. Tucker, who visited relatives at Ogden ana salt Lake the past month, has returned' home. Leroy Rigby spent last week in Sevier County as a business visitor Mrs. James Moore of Denver is a guest of her mother, Mrs. Andrew Lassen. Word was received here, this week, by relatives of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Brady, that their two week's old infant died at Clear Creek, November 12th. Funeral was held there. On Wednesday evening November 15th. Mr. and Mrs. H.M. Rasmusseu entertained in honor of their eleventh wedding anniversary. A card party was enjoyed. A four course dinner was served to the following guests. ; Messrs. and Mesdames, E. A. Madsen, ' A. D. Christensen, Loren Hamilton. Ray Brady, S. B. Rigby, Mrs. Chas. Peacock, Mrs. W. W. Brady, Mrs. James Moore, and Mrs. Lynn Hall. A pleasant social time was enjoyed. The operetta "Cinderella" under the direction of Jesse Young, was given by the junior high school Friday Fri-day evening, November 10th. It was so well received that it will be .repeated at the opera house November Novem-ber 17th. Miss Alice Christensen, Miss Ila Miner, Miss Anna Sundwall. Miss Mildred Sanderson, Miss Leah Madsen, Miss Pearl . Mower, and Helen Miner have the leading roles. The singing was very good for young i voices and the dancing, (under the! direction of Miss Daynes) was ex I cellent. The proceeds go to the equipment of the high school. ))partsS'sF mah mah mah mahmm A very succesful dance was given by the public school Thursday evening. even-ing. The proceeds will be used for play ground equipment. |
