INTERESTING CITY OF PERSIA Yezd Probably the Most Up-toDats Place That Is Under the Rule of the Shah. Yezd is quite the most progressive and up-to-date city of Persia. It 19 not much of a goal for the traveler who seeks the exotic, the flavor of the Orient or the atmosphere of Harun al Rashid's days, but it is interesting ns-an ns-an example of the possibilities and1 limitations of the modern Persian, and withal full enough of foreign flavor to satisfy the most exacting visitor. In point of location Yezd can boast few natural advantages.
