Show ASKS REDUCTION IN TAX. McAdoo Declares Present Burden is Injurious to Business. Washington. An immediate billion-dollar billion-dollar reduction in federal taxes was suggested in a statement issued here Match 4 by AVllliam G. McAdoo, former for-mer secretary of the treasury.
