Show LEADERSHIP SCHOOL AT THE SNOW JUNIOR COLLEGE A HUGE SUCCESS i ' Notwithstanding the fact that the register. weather conditions were not alto- gether favorable, the attendance at : the Leadership School exceeded all 1 expectations. Every departmnetal and general session was crowded to full capacity during the entire period, and the program extended from 8:40 in the morning till 10:30 in the evening. J. S. Christensen, the school secretary, reported the attendance as follows: North Sanpete Stake 190 South Sanpete Stake 339 North Sevier Stake 3 0 Sevier Stake ' . 72 South Sevier Stake 8 6 I Total 717 i The, departmental representation ' was as follows: Primary 96 't Y. Stake Presidents 6 No doubt the attendance would 'run close to the 1000 mark as there were many that did not register, and the students in attendance did not The program was carried out as prearranged with every little variation, varia-tion, and was remarkably successful. Everywhere one could hear expressions express-ions of satisfaction and appreciation. "The biggest thing that has been put over in Ephraim." "We can now 'go home and do better work." These are examples of the comments made by those in attendance. They were filed with inspiration, and carried ' with them to their homes many helpful help-ful suggestions for their work. Why not everybody rally now and "put over" the work in the various organizations organ-izations in great shape for the remaining re-maining part qf the year. Those who contributed to the program pro-gram were: David A. Smith, Rulon S. Wells, H. II. Cummin.gs, Oscar Kirkham. Jehu H. Taylor, Amy Brown Lyman, Aisle E. Bailiff, Ethel Cutler, Lofter Bjarnason, E. E. Erickson, lit. J. Sears, Mae Anderson, Clarissa A. Uetsley, E. D. Partridge, Stake Officers and Snow Junior College Col-lege Faculty Members. The convention was fairly ringing with interest from beginning to end, and all those who witnessed the proceedings pro-ceedings were convinced that another Leadership School should be held again next year. |
