4 INGRID LYTHGOE N Runs In Her First Marathon Running her first marathon. Ingrid Lythgoe, 16. of Bountiful Bounti-ful took second place in her division (age 18 and under) in the Deseret News Marathon held on July 25. The 26.2 mile marathon began at 5: 15 a.m. in Washington Park. Parley's Canyon Ca-nyon with the finish line awaiting await-ing the 1200 runners in Liberty Park. INGRID has been running for two years and averages 60 miles per week. She plans to take part in the St. George Marathon 7th annual which will be held Oct. I. During the school year Ingrid hopes to further her interest by joining the cross-country team at Viewmont High School where she will be a junior. Ingrid is the daughter of John and Gisele Lythgoe of Bountiful. Besides running she enjoys music, camping, photography photo-graphy and writing poetry.
