Show NOTICE OF BOND ELECTION TO HE HELD IN NORTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT. SANPETE COUNTY, UTAH, On Tuesday, June 10, A. D. l'Jl'J. STATE OF UTAH, ) COUNTY OF SANPETE )ss NORTH SANPETE SCHOOL DISTRICT ) Pursuant to the authority and direction of that certain resolution and order duly parsed and adopted by the Board of Education of North Sanpete School District, of Sanpete county, Utah, at a regular meeting thereor held at its oitice in the city of .Mount Pleasant, in said school district, on Wednesday, the -'1st day of May, 1H19. I'l lil-IC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, according to law. that at the bond election hereby called to be held in each school representative precinct of the North Sanpete School Distric, of Sanpete county, Utah, on Tuesday, the loth day of June, A. D. 1919, between the hours of 7 o'clock a. m. and 7 o'clock p. in., and at the several polling places therein hereinafter designated and named, there will be submitted to the duly qualihed voters of said school district, the following question for their vote and determination thereat, towii: "Shall the Hoard of Education of North Sanpete School District, of Sanpete county, Utah, lor the purpose of raising money for purchasing school sites, for building one or more school houses, and supplying the same with furniture and necessary apparatus, and for improving the grounds, be empowered to issue, negotiate and sell bonds of such district to an amount aggregating the principal sum of NINETY THOUSAND dollars, comprised oi bonds of the denomination- of $500 each, bearing interest of not exceeding the rate of live per cent per annum, payable semi-annually, and which bonds shall be payable not more than twenty years from their date?" The vote shall be by ballot which will contain the question hereinabove submitted and in addition thereto "Bonds, YesO"' and "Bonds, No.O "' and each voter voting in favor of the bonds shall place a cross (X) in the circle on the ballot opposite and to the right of the group of words "Bonds, Yes,"; and those voting against the bonds shall place a cross (X) in the circle on the ballot opposite and to the right of the group of words "Bonds. No."; and thereby indicate his vote upon the question submitted. The polls for the reception of the ballots cast upon said question, will, on said day and date aud at the several hereinafter named polling places in each of the school representative precincts of said school district, be opened at the hour of 7 o'clock a. m. and remain open until the hour of 7 o'clock p. m. of the same day, when they shall be closed. The polling places for, and the names of the judges who shall therea1 conduct, the said election in each of the five school representative precincts pre-cincts of said school district, are as follows, towit: REPRESENTATIVE PRECINCT NO. 1 Polling Place. Only the voters possesin,g the following qualifications, and no other, will be allowed to vote at said election: "Every registered voter residing in any school representative district in which any election is held for the purpose of determining the question of issuing bonds for such school district, and who shal have paid a property tax therein in the year preceding such election, shall be entitled to vote at any such election. Challenges for cause by any qualified voter shall be allowed at such election, and promptly decided by the judges conducting the same." (Compiled Laws of Utah, 1917, 4630.)
