Show DESCRIPTION OF AREA (ITMN THE DISTRICT TO BE ASSESSED The area within the proposed Industrial Park Special Improvement District thich shall be subject to assessment as-sessment for the improvements described iiereafter includes approximately 250 acres ihich lie between the West right-of-way line of the Union Pacific Railroad and the East right-of-way line of the Denver & Rio Grande Western Wes-tern Railroad, and South 2050 feel from Parrish Lane, and North 2800 feet from Parrish Lane. The boundaries of the real ' property to be assessed are more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the West Right-of-way Line of the Union Pacific Railroad which point is West 110.0 feet, more or less, along the section line from the Northeast corner of Section 12, T2N, R1W, SLB&M, and running thence South 017' West, 4864.9 feet, more or less along said right-of-way; thence West 2650.9 feet, more ot less, to the East ; right-of-way line of ' Denver and Rio Grande western Railroad; thence No. 901' E., 4925.7 feet, more or less, along said right-of-way to the North Line of Section 12; thence East 1903.0 feet, more or less, along said sec-lion sec-lion line to the point of beginning. |
