Show A FEW THOUGHTS Another year is almost gone and it is well for all of us to consider the blessings we enjoy in this country, although it could be in many ways better. In nearly all hearts there lives the desire to do the best possible possi-ble and if these noble, subtile desires awake, come out and arouse to bet- ; ter, higher, nobler accomplishments. i then all will see better days, better times. Teach the young to live a S useful life, to be kind, not brutish, to animals. Afire m every boy s Dreasi burns a desire to become a good, i brave, honest man; encourage all of the good possible, so that less of the bad has place to grow. You, dear parents, lead forward with the desire de-sire to arouse all the good and noble possible in the hearts of the young; to become real Christians, not barbarians. bar-barians. The more good that is planted the better will the harvest be. From bad comes bad; from good comes more good. Give premiums to those who do the most good; root out what tends to bad deeds. Let's strive to have a community that stands for best, nobler thoughts, no-i no-i ble deeds and there-will come to pass a more fruitful, better, richer life for all.
