Show EXPLANATION In an article recently published and signed by "City Council Committee" Com-mittee" by inference it would lead one to believe The Telluride Power Company were paying for all articles that have been published aaainst Bonding. This we deny most em-: phatirally. No person or persons have been requested by us to write or work against the City Bonding. Personally we have nothing to advise. We simply stated that electric energy en-ergy in an unlimited quantity could be furnished the City at 3 cents per kilo-watt hour, night and day service. For milling, manufacturing, street car or interurban electric roads, much cheaper; that is, where large quantities are used. The only question to determine is: Which is cheaper Buy Power, or Pav INTEREST on BONDS, DEPRECIATION DE-PRECIATION and Operation on a $38,000 plant? If it is your desire we serve you, it will be our pleasure. Your interests are ours; no company can exist without with-out the good will of its patrons. Respectfully, E. R. OWEN, Agent Telluride Power Co. |
