Show ORGANIZING THE WOOLGROWERS Anderson race, who is representing represent-ing the National Wool Warehouse & Storage Co. of Chicago, has been In Mount Pleasant since Tuesday laboring labor-ing among the sheepmen of this city and encouraging them to join the Association for the purpose of se- curing the best markets for their I wool. Mr. Pace has been In Uinta, Wasatch, Utah, Salt Lake, Carbon and Sanpete counties since Oct. 1 and j the Warehouse support in the various vari-ous counties has been increased three s to seven times as much as formerly, j In Manti the increase was made from 1 3 to IS shareholders. At a late hour last evening Mr. Pace stated j that there were four members In Mount Pleasant previous to his visit here and now there are twelve, making mak-ing an increase of three times Id membership. The warehouse has made contracts with its members to handle 30,000,-000 30,000,-000 pounds of wool next year. For the next five years it will be one of the biggest factors determining the selling price of the western clip. Mr. Pace is an expert salesman who proved his ability as such when he marketed the peach crop of Texas, Georgia and Arkansas by organizing the fruit growers to sell through one outlet. He handled the sales and advertising himself. And the association as-sociation was able to clean up the I crop at a profit when the market was overloaded with fruit. 6,000 tons were sold in Chicago alone In three days beginning with the 4th of August.
