Some of the best legal talent in the country has been fighting for months to prevent his extradition to New Vork. Kxtiadition was ordered by the governor of New Hampshire, but Fed-Bi'al Fed-Bi'al District Judge Aldrich granted Thaw a write of habeas corpus. This iction of the court was reversed by :he supreme court on Monday. The decision of the court was jnanimous and was read by Justice Holmes. It held that the writ of aabeas corpus did not lie, and sustained sus-tained the contention of William Travers Jerome at every point. Thaw ;annot be taken back for thirty days jnder the decision on Monday. Thirty Thir-ty days must elapse before the court's oiandate is handed down, and he can-lot can-lot be removed to New York before ;hat time.
