Miss Felva Cox left Fairview Sept. 2 to go on a mission to the Northern States. Her father. Walter Cox. and her sister. Verona Cox, accompanied her p.3 far as Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Swen O. Nielson and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Olsen left for St. Georce last Thursday, going by-auto. by-auto. They will visit friends anil relatives and also attend the Fruit Festival given at Dixie. Mrs. Fdith Cox went to Salt Lake Ci'.v last week and underwent an operation for cancer of the face. She has suffered with this trouble for a number of years. Nola Tucker, daughter of Marion Tucker, was taken to the Winters hospital Tuesday evening and operated oper-ated upon for gangrene appendix.
