Show MORONI Andrew Nielson of Idaho has been visiting w ith relatives and friends the past week. S.ipt. D. A. Ilroadbent of Ileber city was the guest of Prof, and Mrs. Owen Ileal on Friday. County clerk. T. J. Alorely, of Alanti was a Aloroni visitor on Saturday. Sat-urday. Aliss Edith Irons left for Salt Lake on Tuesday. She will visit with friends there for ten days. Roy Alorely was at home from Mailt i on Saturday. Edgar Bradley left for Nevada on Sunday. He intends going into the picture show business there. Emerson Blackham left for his niission on Alonday. Sfatildia Jensen, Jen-sen, Lila Curtis and Clark Anderson iccompanied him to Nephi. Fd Christensen has returned from alt Lake where he has been attencl-mg attencl-mg the L. D. S. Ezra Nielson has returned from Mammoth where he has been spending spend-ing the winter. -Miss Jennie Blackham was surprised sur-prised by a number of her friends on sunday night. Ice cream and cake were served and a very pleasant ev ening en-ing was spent. A number of little girls surprised I heir friend. Eva Curtis, at her home jn Wednesday evening. Aliss Hazel Faux entertained tint S. O. D. H. c lub at her home on Wednesday Wed-nesday evening. Air. and Airs. Fred R'Undiiuist entertained en-tertained a group of friends at their home on Wednesday evening. Progressive Pro-gressive games were the feature of he entertainment, first prize being won by Airs. I. Al. Draper and Thomas Bailey. Consolation prizes were awarded to .Mrs. Jas. C. Fechser and James Larsen. An elaborate supper wtis served in the early evening to 'he following guests. Aliss .Merle Snyder gave -i very interesting in-teresting talk to (he high school students in the devotional perici on Wednesday. Her subject na.i "The Power of Beauty." The concert which was gien by the Musical Department of th-' Aloroni High school on Tu-sday evenim; was very successful. The entire program was of a high order of merit. Air. Taylor's selections on the violin, were brilliantly performed. Th larpe crowd present enjoyed a real musical musi-cal treat. |
