Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following application has been filed with the State Engineer to extend water in Davis County throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. Location in SLB&M. Extension 322 (57-3575) Bountiful Water Subconser-vancy Subconser-vancy District, 385 West 500 South, Bountiful, Utah 84010, has filed for an extension of time within which to resume use of 25.0 sec. ft. of water as evidenced by Appl. 8216. The water has been diverted from Jordan River at a point N. 874' W. 5091 ft. from S'4 Cor. Sec. 11, TIN, R1W (1.0 mi. south of Cudahy Lane); and used from Apr. 15 to Oct. 15 for the irrigation of 4240.7 acs. in Sec. 1; Sec. 2; Sec. 11; 12, TIN, R1W; Sec. 13; Sec. 24; Sec. 25; Sec. 26; Sec. 35, all of Sec. 36, T2N, R1W; Sec. 6, TIN, R1E; Sec. 17, Sec. 18, all of Sec. 19; Sec. 20; Sec. 29, all of Sec. 30, Sec. 31, T2N, R1E. The water was last beneficially used in 1956, and an extension of time is now requested to and including June 25, 1980. Protests resisting the granting of this application with reasons therefor must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 442 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah 84114, on or before August 2, 1975.
